After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Cebu, Claire spent her early professional years working internationally in the hotel and restaurant management industry.
When the COVID-19 pandemic changed the job market, Claire transitioned into the BPO industry as an EMS billing specialist. Over the years, she took on different roles, gaining skills and a deep understanding of the industry, until she saw the opportunity to start something of her own – Olympia BPO.
With her global experience and industry knowledge, starting Olympia was a natural next step. Today, she leads with a strong focus on excellent customer service and helping her team grow professionally.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with family and traveling the world, learning about different cultures and the connections that bring people together.
